Getting Into ”Flow” - Practically Speaking! What is ”flow state” & how do we get into it? (LWKW #5)

We hear it a lot right? We need to get into "flow". Flow state. Creative flow. Etc.  I would say the synonym to this is 'alignment'. When things are flowing, it's more than likely because we are in complete energetic alignment with what we should be doing in every now moment.
